Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Millwright is responsible for safely executing various millwrighting duties throughout the facility.

Job Duties Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate logs Machine troubleshooting, repairing, assembly, dismantling equipment as required and in-line with manufactures specifications and recommended standards Responsible for installation, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical machines and equipment on site Ability to safely operate hoisting and lifting devices Inspect and examine machinery to detect irregularities Communication any failures, unsafe conditions, or wear/damaged equipment found to the Operations Manager and/or recommend equipment changes Maintains safe work practices by using all required safety equipment and ensuring safety policies and practices are adhered to. Comply with safety rules; report all accidents, incidents and potential hazards immediately.





Requirements Journeyman Red Seal Millwright certificate is required At least 10 years of experience in a supervisory or lead-hand role in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Robust expertise in preventative maintenance (PM), machinery troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and mechanical breakdowns. Sewing machines maintenance experience is a significant asset.

Assembling and disassembling mechanical equipment and machinery Experience operating heavy-duty machinery Experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is required Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to red, write, and communicate effectively Work Conditions Warehouse setting, Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
