The Business Improvement Lead coordinates site-wide initiatives across the McIlvenna Bay Operation. You will prioritize opportunities, develop measurable plans, track results, and support accountability through data-driven decision-making. The position suits an experienced mining skilled skilled in operational excellence, KPI development, and structured problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives improving operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and root cause analysis activities

Develop improvement plans with timelines, accountabilities,



and measurable outcomes

Track goals, barriers, milestones, actions, and sustained benefits

Coach leaders and employees in continuous improvement practices

Requirements: Degree or diploma in business, engineering, operations management, or related discipline

Minimum eight years of mining industry experience

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with measurable improvements

Understanding of performance management, KPI development, and improvement tracking

Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
