MR. MIKES® Langford is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing personalized guest attention
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Experience





- Previous food service experience preferred, especially in restaurant or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for order entry, billing, and cash handling tasks
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in a rapid-paced environment
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific duties
