Join QE Home as our National Visual Merchandiser and help bring our brand to life across our Canadian retail stores! Reporting to the Senior Merchandising Manager, you'll work closely with District Managers and store teams to create inspiring retail environments, bring visual merchandising initiatives to life, and ensure our stores deliver a consistent and engaging guest experience. Execute floor sets, seasonal transitions, promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives across QE Home stores. Bring visual standards to life through product placement, bed styling, signage, fixture placement, and overall store presentation. Adapt visual merchandising plans to different store layouts while maintaining brand consistency and creating an inviting shopping experience.

Partner with District Managers and store teams to coordinate merchandising initiatives, provide hands‑on support, and coach teams on visual standards. Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, store refreshes, and special merchandising projects. Use sales reporting, store observations, and field insights to identify opportunities to strengthen visual presentation and business results.

Travel regularly across Canada,
