Senior Business Analyst (nCino)

Remote, 9-12 months A financial institution is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the implementation and enhancement of an enterprise lending platform.

Required Experience

- Min. 5 years business analysis experience, including hands-on experience implementing or enhancing enterprise lending or financial-services platforms (nCino).

- An active, verifiable nCino certification relevant to business analysis, or functional implementation.

- Solid functional knowledge of lending and credit operations, including loan origination, credit assessment, approvals, collateral management, covenants, and end-to-end lending workflows.

- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements, mapping business processes,



developing user stories, preparing functional designs and acceptance criteria, and supporting system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Experience collaborating with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Relevant customer relationship management or cloud-platform certifications.

- Salesforce certifications

- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and financial-services modernization initiatives.

- Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
