The role In this part-time recent-condo and pre-construction sales role (about 24 hours per week in 4-hour shifts), you will work company-provided leads and guide investor clients from first conversation to closing.

What you'll do

- Follow up promptly on leads supplied by the company
- Walk clients through pre-construction condo projects

- Run site visits
- Keep accurate records and next steps in the CRM
- Stay in touch through the purchase process and closing
- Turn buyers into long-term relationships

What we're looking for




- Active RECO registration (required)
- Enthusiasm for new condos and pre-construction
- Reliable follow-up and good organization

- Comfort with CRM tools
- Integrity, a positive attitude and commitment

Compensation
- Gross salary offer: $50,000/yr
- $2,000/month fixed base ($24,000/yr)
- up to $26,000/yr more when sales targets are achieved
- Incentives: up to 30% of net revenue, based on achieving targets
- Quarterly goal sheet: achieve it to raise your base salary by up to 10%

Schedule 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM shifts. Tuesday to Saturday from office, Monday work from home, Sunday off.
