We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities during evening hours.

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse guest population effectively. Previous hotel experience and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

- Manage overnight front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with reservations, billing, and special requests to ensure a positive experience
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary




- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate guest services and resolve issues quickly
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills

Experience

- Prior experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor are essential for success in this role
- Previous experience working during night shifts or in a hospitality setting will be advantageous
