Auditors welcome and register guests as they arrive in the hotel on the overnight shift. They work on the Front Desk and are knowledgeable about the Resort and its services in order to answer guest inquiries.

Auditors follow processes and guidelines to produce revenue and sales reports.



Just like all Muskoka Bay Resort Colleagues, Night Auditors are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of themselves, fellow colleagues and guests.

Emergency Calls: monitor and respond to the emergency phone lines and follow Health and Safety procedures to take action.
