Hotel is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our boutique team in the heart of Whistler Village. As the friendly face of the hotel during overnight hours, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience. If you’re a night owl with a passion for hospitality and a calm, capable presence, this could be the perfect fit. 22.50 - $23.50 hourly wage based on experience ~50% off food & beverage at all Gibbons venues ~ 20% off at The Adara Hotel and Gibbons Life Condos ~ Exclusive partner discounts at local Whistler businesses ~ Versatile schedules and a supportive team culture ~ Access to community events and staff appreciation nights ~ Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills ~ Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service ~ Ability to work independently and stay organized during quiet overnight periods ~ Comfortable working night shifts and managing late-night requests ~ Experience with a Property Management System (knowledge of MEWS is an asset) Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures Handle check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and reservations accurately and efficiently Prepare room keys, reports, and arrival details for the morning shift to ensure seamless transitions Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and any overnight concerns If you’re looking to bring your service skills and night owl energy to a welcoming, values-driven team, and make Whistler’s mountains your backdrop at The Adara Hotel.
