Job Summary

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for Snow Removal & Maintenance roles. This position involves maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring safety during winter conditions, as well as performing general landscape and property maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

- Perform snow removal from sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, and other designated areas.
- Operate snow removal equipment and use hand tools as required.
- Apply ice melt and de-icing materials to maintain safe walkways and surfaces.
- Perform general property maintenance and seasonal outdoor duties.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during snowfall




- Able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
- Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks.
- Experience in snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance is an asset.
- Valid driver's license is an asset but not mandatory
- Background in landscape maintenance or outdoor property care is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge related to tools, power tools, and machinery operation is beneficial
- Construction experience or familiarity with building site maintenance will be considered an asset
- Candidates should be prepared for physical labor, have a proactive attitude, and possess the necessary skills to perform diverse maintenance tasks efficiently.
