About Good Comfort

Better Care, Together.

Positive Comfort is a leading care company dedicated to helping individuals and families access exceptional, personalized healthcare and support wherever they call home.

We believe better care comes from bringing the right people, expertise, and services together. Our approach combines homecare, nursing, primary care, wellness, rehabilitation, accessible transportation, and care coordination to support individuals through every stage of their care journey.

From everyday assistance to complex medical needs, our mission is to help people live healthier, safer, and more independent lives while providing families with confidence and peace of mind.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Primary Care at Home services while strengthening the clinical leadership and medical oversight that support exceptional care across our organization.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join Good Comfort in a unique role combining direct patient care with clinical leadership.

This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner looking to complement an existing practice or professional commitments while delivering meaningful, personalized healthcare directly in clients' homes.

Client house calls will be scheduled based on care needs, appointment demand, and the Nurse Practitioner's availability. There is no fixed weekly schedule, and the opportunity has the potential to expand into a full-time position as our Primary Care at Home services grow.

Working collaboratively with Good Comfort's company physician, our Director of Care, nurses, and broader Good Comfort Care Team, you will support clients with complex health needs, chronic conditions, post-hospital recovery, and preventative healthcare.

Beyond direct patient care, you will play an important role in strengthening clinical standards, supporting complex care planning, identifying medical risks, and improving continuity of care.

Medical oversight will be coordinated in collaboration with Good Comfort's company physician, with the Nurse Practitioner contributing clinical expertise, assessments, recommendations, and follow-up within their professional scope of practice.

You will also work closely with our Director of Care to ensure that medical recommendations are effectively incorporated into care plans and day-to-day service delivery.
