CASA Security is hiring a reliable, on-call backup guard to cover a concierge security post at a corporate client site in Mississauga. In this role, you will provide coverage for our full-time site supervisor during scheduled time off and unplanned absences. As shifts may arise on short notice, on-call availability is essential.

Shift details

- Monday to Friday coverage, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
- On-call basis: shifts are unpredictable and may be called on short notice
- 2 mandatory paid training days before your first shift

What you’ll do

- Front desk/concierge security in a professional corporate environment
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and contractors
- Monitor access, manage sign-ins, and report incidents
- Represent the client with a polished, friendly presence

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)




- Previous customer service experience (required)
- A versatile schedule that genuinely allows on-call availability on weekdays
- Reliable transportation to Mississauga for early starts
- Strong communication skills and a calm, courteous attitude

Nice to have

- Concierge, reception, or corporate security experience
- First Aid/CPR
