This On Premise National

Manager role is built for someone who knows how to grow brands in hospitality through relationships, execution, and influence. This is a highly team-oriented, field‑facing role where success comes from turning strategy into execution and building credibility with customers and partners alike.



Work closely with distributor partners to execute market strategies and improve in‑market performance.

Develop and influence stakeholders across customers, distributors, and internal teams to drive alignment and results. Use KPIs and market insights to identify opportunities, measure execution, and improve performance over time. Bachelor’s degree. ~Proven ability to influence customers, distributor partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive results. ~ Experience managing both direct customer relationships and indirect distributor‑driven business models.

Experience in market development, sales analysis, or hospitality‑focused brand building. Strong understanding of on‑premise execution and customer engagement strategies.

Experience working within beverage alcohol, CPG, or distributor‑driven environments. The annual salary range for this role is 66,240–99,360 CAD, with final compensation based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
