We are currently searching for a Operations Administrator reporting to the Supervisor, Operations.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday.

The Operations





Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency. On-site at the Hanover Cross Dock Maintain accurate records of shipments received, return of full goods to brewers, ensuring correctness of information entered into the system Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service Direct contact with internal and external customers as required Investigate and complete customer credit requests Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Yup, we’ve got one: $39,600 - $49,500 CAD per year.
