Summary The Operations Specialist supports store operations, customer service, point-of-sale services, order fulfillment, and logistics. The role helps maintain service standards, operational accuracy, and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities Provide customer service and resolve or elevate customer issues professionally. Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain compliance with POS and loss prevention policies. Support order fulfillment, BOPIS operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and merchandising tasks. Assist with team training, audits, seasonal inventory, and daily operational projects.

Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing service desk role. Robust customer service, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Interest in technology and its use in retail customer service. Retail experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, or inventory management is preferred.
