QRC Logistics is hiring an experienced Order Picker to support a major retail and ecommerce account within our high-volume 3PL distribution centre.

This is a hands-on position requiring a minimum of two years of experience operating both CROWN Cherry Pickers and CROWN Reach Trucks, along with RF scanning experience.

Our operation primarily involves EACH picking—picking individual products from inside boxes, rather than full cases or pallets. You will move between racking locations, select the required items and quantities, and deliver picked products to our packing stations.

The role also includes putting away products into racking, replenishing picking locations, and moving inventory from one racking location to another. This role does not involve loading or unloading trailers.

What You Will Own

Order Picking & Accuracy

- Pick individual products from boxes stored in warehouse racking.
- Verify product codes, sizes, styles,



and quantities against RF picking instructions.
- Deliver picked products to designated packing stations to support timely order fulfillment.
- Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
- Identify and report picking discrepancies, shortages, and damaged products.

CROWN Equipment Operation

- Safely operate CROWN Cherry Pickers and CROWN Reach Trucks throughout the warehouse.
- Retrieve products from elevated racking locations using required fall protection.
- Put away products into assigned storage locations.
- Complete replenishment and rack-to-rack inventory transfers.
- Conduct equipment inspections before use and immediately report defects or safety concerns.

Performance & Accountability You will be responsible for:

- Meeting established hourly picking targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining order accuracy and product quality
- Completing RF transactions accurately and promptly
- Maintaining consistent productivity while following safety procedures
- Supporting the steady flow of picked products to packing stations

RF Scanning & Inventory Control

- Use handheld RF scanners to confirm products, quantities, and storage locations.
- Record picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory transfers accurately.
- Follow WMS instructions to maintain inventory and location accuracy.
- Report inventory discrepancies to your Team Lead or Supervisor.

Safety & Teamwork

- Follow warehouse traffic rules, equipment procedures, and fall protection requirements.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and approved safety footwear.
- Keep aisles, picking locations, and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate with Picking and Packing teams to support daily priorities.
- Report hazards, incidents, and equipment or racking damage immediately.

What We Are Looking For

Required

- Minimum two years of hands-on experience operating CROWN Cherry Pickers
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience operating CROWN Reach Trucks
- Experience specifically on CROWN equipment is required for both
- Valid Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operator certifications
- Valid fall arrest training/certification




- Previous warehouse RF scanning experience
- Ability to work safely and confidently at elevated racking heights
- Ability to perform repetitive picking, reaching, bending, lifting, and product handling throughout the shift

Previous each-picking experience in a 3PL, ecommerce, or retail fulfillment environment is an asset.
