About Us The Relationship Agency is a relationship-focused group practice in Durham Region with offices in Ajax and Oshawa, serving clients in-person and virtually across Ontario. We're a team of nine clinicians built on clinical excellence, genuine care, and a culture where clinicians hold themselves to high standards because they care deeply about the work. Every in-person therapist on our team works with couples, which means you're joining a specialized clinic with deep knowledge in relational and attachment-based work.

The Opportunity

We're growing, and we're looking for a therapist who wants to do meaningful, relationship-centred work across the lifespan. Our clients range from children and teens to adults, couples, and families. We need a clinician who is skilled, versatile, and genuinely passionate about helping people understand their patterns and build stronger connections.

This is not a side gig or a supplement to a full-time job elsewhere. We're looking for someone who wants a clinical home. A therapist who is invested in being part of a team, who brings range and depth to their clinical work, and who sees the value in building something alongside other clinicians who care as much as they do. For experienced, high-performing clinicians, there are opportunities to facilitate therapy intensives and participate in our couples retreats.

What We're Looking For





Credentials & Training:

- Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with your regulatory college in Ontario
- Strong clinical training in evidence-based modalities relevant to your areas of practice
- Willingness to be trained on The Relationship Agency's clinical approach and method
- A commitment to maintaining your own clinical supervision and ongoing personal and professional development

Who You Are:

- You're a skilled clinician who does excellent relational work. You understand attachment, you think systemically, and your clients get better.
- You're available to see clients in person at our Oshawa office. This is not a virtual-only position.
- You can commit to a minimum of 10 client sessions per week, with the capacity and desire to grow to 22 sessions per week.
- You're not looking for a side hustle. You want to be part of a team, contribute to a shared mission, and build something meaningful.
- You hold yourself to high clinical and ethical standards not because someone is watching, but because that's who you are.
- You're committed to your own growth and healing work. We believe clinicians who do their own work are better clinicians, and this is a core part of our culture.
- You're self-aware, accountable, and resourceful. You take ownership of your work and your development.
- Bonus: You have experience working with children and youth.



We regularly receive referrals for young clients and would love a clinician who can meet that need.

What We Offer
- Consistent referrals across a range of client populations. Your caseload will build in under 3 months.
- 60% split on session fees — your commission is $108/session for individual work, $168/session for couples work
