Individual counselling Collaborate with community partners—including ADAPT, PAARC, and Hope Place Centres—to deliver comprehensive wraparound support services for clients experiencing opioid substance use challenges Discharge Planning Participation in individual and team clinical supervision Personal vehicle or reliable transportation required.



Mileage reimbursement for travel to community appointments Minimum undergraduate degree from a recognized institution (in one of the human services professions) Registration in a professional college an asset Knowledge of evidence-based concurrent disorder counselling interventions / treatment models, including CBT, Relapse Prevention and Trauma Informed Practice Skilled documentation according to agency and regulatory college standards The ability to work collaboratively with community partners Competence with data management systems, particularly EMHware Knowledge and experience in substance abuse counselling, group counselling and case management Basic First Aid/CPR Certification an asset Proficient in English language, second language an asset Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
