Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing. Under limited supervision, assembles, troubleshoots and maintains all mechanical/electrical equipment and systems.

Performs general maintenance, renovations and repairs of machines, equipment and other company’s property. Works closely with production team and contractors on maintenance matters.

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 8:30pm - 7am Installs, maintains and repairs all mechanical and electrical systems and all machineries at the plant. Provide support to production in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical breakdowns. Complies with all necessary manufacturing codes, regulations and standards i.e.





Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities. Identify opportunities to continuously improve maintenance operations Completes Maintenance reports and logs as required as well as the preventive maintenance of plant production machines/equipment. Oversees installation, operation, maintenance and repairs of machines and equipment are ensure that they function according to specifications.

Performs preventive maintenance to production and common areas. Performs and assists on other maintenance duties as required. Complete work orders as assigned by Maintenance Manager and/or Senior Management/ Chief Engineer.

Must have a Industrial Red Seal Ticket ~4th class Power Engineer Ticket (Asset) ~ Preferably with electrical/mechanical experience in a food manufacturing setting. ~ Able to pass a fit test mask and TRST supplied by Company. ~ Must be flexible to occasional change in hours to cover urgent needs. $All qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or any other identifying characteristic are encouraged to apply.
