Compensation: $28.67/ hour plus vacation pay; Site: Hartland varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Working with adults with developmental disabilities, concurrent disorders, and/or dual diagnoses in an assisted-living setting, providing 24/7 support to develop daily living skills that support community integration/engagement Collaborate with the team to implement care plans that support involvement in person-centered programs that ensure the daily needs of participants are met (medical, personal, physical, financial, hygienic, social, recreational, emotional, developmental), and provide the best quality of life while in compliance with legislated requirements and company policies and procedures Work successfully with diverse groups and demonstrate commitment to principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice Completion of a post-secondary diploma in Developmental Services Worker (DSW) or Personal Support Worker (PSW) - or an equivalent Human Services program. Minimum two (2) years of related experience providing behaviour intervention support; knowledge of concurrent disorders and/or dual diagnoses,
