Support a service team in the front-of-house area of the restaurant. Provide leadership and direction by handling standards of quality, service, safety, and profit for the restaurant.

Coach, train, develop, and empower the Supervisors and front-of-house Service teams. Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock. Assist in expediting food orders to the dining room. respond to customer concerns.

Carry out administrative functions pertaining to hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, counselling and discipline. Adhere to MLSE service standards, policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement. Lead by example in team management and development, utilizing a “one team” approach; Help foster a culture that unites and empowers our employees to create extraordinary moments.

Creative, problem solving and analytical approach ~ Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ~ Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus ~ Bonus, vacation, competitive benefits, and many exciting perks are also included.
