Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our dynamic team.

The Childcare

Educator is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth, while fostering positive relationships with families and coworkers

Responsibilities

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

- Plan, implement, and evaluate daily activities that promote learning and development.

- Support children’s emotional needs and encourage positive behavior and social interaction.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

- Communicate regularly with families regarding children’s progress, routines, and concerns.

- Collaborate with team members to develop and follow curriculum and learning goals.





- Observe and document children’s learning, behavior, and developmental milestones.

- Follow all licensing regulations, health & safety policies, and organizational procedures.

- Participate in staff meetings, career development, and training sessions.

Requirements

- Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma/certificate (or equivalent) preferred.

- Current First Aid & CPR certification.

- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
