Extendicare invites you to be a part of a dedicated culinary team at its Tendercare Living Centre. As a Dietary Aide, you'll serve meals tailored to individual diets, maintain proper food temperatures, and assist cooks with food preparation.

Your role supports our mission of quality care while ensuring a clean and safe dining environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food according to residents' diets and preferences
- Assist in preparing salads and basic meals
- Clean dishes, pots, and cooking utensils
- Maintain proper food storage and labeling
- Assemble nourishment carts and stock kitchens

Requirements:

- Completed/enrolled in a Food Service Worker Program
- Current Food Handler’s Certificate
- Previous dietary experience in LTC preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be available evenings and weekends
