Place is a supportive housing program located in Burlington in an apartment setting. This program operates 7 days a week and we currently offer a variety of shifts.

This includes days, afternoons and nights, weekends & statutory holidays. AbleLiving Services is a non-profit organization providing personal support services to adults with disabilities living within their own home or one of our independent living facilities. Our clients direct and customize the services they receive and we support them to maximize their independence and enhance their quality of life.

We provide services across the Golden Horseshoe in the Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Brant, and Haldimand-Norfolk communities. Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) ~ Ongoing opportunities for education, training, development and growth ~ Employee Assistance Program ~$500 signing bonus! 2026 Best Workplaces for Women Under the direction of the program supervisor, this position is responsible for providing personal support services, life-skills support and light housekeeping duties to enable clients to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible. Duties include assisting clients with personal care, arranging and escorting clients to appointments,



and housekeeping services.

Experience in the provision of personal support services to people with disabilities and/or seniors are requirements for this position. Ability to make solid decisions and problem-solve effectively are also essential. Valuable oral and written communication skills, with a competent level of English are requirements.

Able to communicate in other languages is an asset. Must demonstrate high commitment to providing exceptional customer service and be reliable, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively. Ability to develop supportive relationships and work collaboratively with clients, family members, colleagues, volunteers, and community partners are essential.
