We are looking for a reliable part time property maintenance person for our outdoor storage yards in south Ottawa.

You will keep the property clean, secure and ready to rent. This is self employed work.

No licence or trade ticket needed.

Schedule and Pay

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, about 5 hours a day, daytime.

$20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Walk and photograph the property and report any issues.

Clean out vacated yards and remove debris and garbage.

Install overlocks on yards as directed.

Do light repairs to gates, fences and storage boxes.

Keep the property tidy and safe for tenants.

No heavy equipment work.

Qualifications

Hands on maintenance or construction experience.

Reliable, works well on your own.

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.

Pickup truck preferred.





Able to send photos and updates by phone. We use Slack and will train you.
