We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time to Full Time Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly within designated timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety and compliance
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Robust attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic are essential for success in this role
Pay: From $18.45 per hour
