We're seeking a compassionate caregiver for a 78-year-old woman living in Kingsville, Ontario with her husband. She is fit, enjoys walking, and responds well to redirection and distraction techniques. Provide companionship and supervision during visits to give the primary caregiver respite Use redirection techniques to manage anxiety and prevent emotional outbursts Engage the client in activities such as walks, art projects, or watching movies Assist with medication reminders as needed Help the client feel comfortable and secure while her husband attends to personal activities like hockey or cycling Proven experience with dementia care, particularly managing behavioral challenges like separation anxiety and suspicion Ability to use creative redirection strategies and maintain a therapeutic approach Understanding of memory care techniques and ability to work within the client's 10-minute recall loop Mon/Wed/Fri, 7:30pm-10:30pm.

Consistency in scheduling is essential for both the client's routine and caregiver retention.
