The Linchpin

Burnaby

The Linchpin Co. is a people operations group offering custom recruitment and consulting services. At Linchpin, we know a company's most valuable resource is its people, and we are people experts!

We will be the point of contact between you and our client during the recruitment process, acting as your trusted advisor and coach. We look forward to your interest.

The Role The People and Culture Analyst turns people data into insight. This role sits at the intersection of HR, numbers and technology: building dashboards, keeping our HR systems accurate, and giving business leaders the information they need to make good decisions about their teams.

The Analyst will also act as payroll backup, supporting payroll review and serving as the payroll point of contact when the Compensation Coordinator is away. No payroll experience is required — we will train you.

This is a hybrid role based out of South Burnaby, partnering closely with the People and Culture team and with managers and employees at all levels and locations across the business.
