What you’ll do

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement.
- Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability while adhering to inventory management practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Basic qualifications
