Job Type: Full time, Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Surety Account Manager to join their growing team. This role will work closely with Producers, underwriting partners, and construction professionals to provide responsive client service and support strong, long-term relationships. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day surety requirements across a range of products, including contract surety, developer surety, and commercial surety.

Manage the day-to-day issuance and administration of bonds, pre-qualifications, final bonds, riders, endorsements, and other surety documentation Review bonding documents carefully against bond requisitions, project specifications, and client requirements Support the preparation of new bonding submissions in partnership with Producers and Practice Leaders Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, bond, and account records within the brokerage management system Monitor renewal timelines and process commercial surety renewals and invoicing in advance of deadlines Calculate and confirm premium adjustments related to bond renewals, extensions,



and other account changes Ensure broker authorities and supporting documentation are current and properly maintained Track outstanding tenders, lien bonds, completed projects, and bonds requiring closure or follow-up Assist with related commercial insurance requests, including certificates of insurance Keep client contacts and account information current Support additional projects and duties as required Experience in surety, construction insurance, commercial insurance, or a related brokerage environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable working with brokerage management systems and Microsoft Office RIBO licensing or progress toward licensing would be an asset The opportunity to work across contract, developer, and commercial surety ~ Job Type: Permanent Broker-Customer Service , Broker Management , Administration , Broker-Commercial , Broker-Personal , Data Entry
