This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys providing thoughtful advice, managing existing client relationships, and delivering a high standard of service across all aspects of personal insurance. The role includes servicing existing accounts, handling renewals, endorsements and policy changes, placing new business, and recommending coverage solutions based on individual client needs.

This position also operates within a phone queue environment, so the successful candidate will be comfortable managing inbound client activity while maintaining strong responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail. This is a remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in Alberta, with preference given to candidates located in Edmonton or Calgary. The role will align with the Edmonton office.

You are confident managing renewals, endorsements,

You are also able to work independently in a remote setting while remaining connected and engaged with the broader team.
