As a Personal Support Worker, you will observe residents, report findings, and assist with care documentation. You will help maintain a safe environment while supporting residents’ needs. The position also includes attending meetings, education sessions, and workshops, plus assisting with staff onboarding as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resident care according to established care plans
- Observe residents and report findings to supervisors

- Follow infection prevention and control policies

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma graduation
- Meet Ontario Ministry vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Understand simple treatments and bedside care techniques
- Know sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
