As Business Development and Alliance Manager, you will oversee partnerships, alliance management, and deal execution at Xediton Pharmaceuticals. Evaluate products, markets, competitors, clinical data, patents, and commercial potential. Support business development planning, due diligence, negotiations, and launch readiness across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate in-licensing products and opportunities

Identify recent partnerships, markets, and organizational growth areas

Build relationships with targeted decision-makers and existing partners





Prepare business cases supporting Go/No-Go decisions

Coordinate opportunities through launch readiness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline

At least five years’ pharmaceutical marketing, medical, or business development experience

Understanding of Canadian pricing, reimbursement, sales, and marketing

Advanced or intermediate Excel modeling and analysis skills

Ability to travel ten percent of the time
