What You'll Do Manage patient profiles, prescription records, and accurate data entry using Kroll . Support prescription preparation, labeling, packaging, and shipment under pharmacist supervision.



Process pharmacy billing accurately and maintain complete documentation.

Respond to patient and healthcare-provider inquiries, referring clinical questions to the pharmacist when needed. Prepare shipments using appropriate packaging, including cold-chain supplies when required. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Kroll pharmacy software.

Mandatory: At least 1 year of pharmacy billing experience. Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum age of 18. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing, data entry, and medication handling. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. A reliable, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with an active, hands-on role involving standing, handling inventory, and lifting and moving packages.
