Job Summary The Pharmacy Contracts & Member Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Retail Banner Group (RBG) through the accurate preparation, administration, and execution of pharmacy agreements, as well as the seamless onboarding of recent member pharmacies. This role ensures contract compliance, maintains precise digital records, and delivers an exceptional onboarding experience by coordinating across RBG Members, Account Team, Business Development, Support Functions, Pharmacy Programs, Pharma Distribution, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Administration & Documentation Prepare other legal documents for review and execution (ie. Ensure all contract exceptions are reviewed and approved by appropriate leadership Coordinate distribution of finalized agreements to Finance and Legal Maintain accurate contract databases and digital filing systems New Pharmacy Onboarding & Member Experience Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for RBG pharmacies Collaborate with the Member Account Team and Commercial Operations on new account setup Align with the Pharmacy Programs team and Senior Associate Client Management to facilitate effective Opening Orders Serve as main point of contact for onboarding inquiries Business Administration degree/diploma or 3–5 years related experience General understanding of healthcare or pharmacy industry Experience in data analysis and systems/database management Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and SAP are assets Team-oriented with a flexible and professional approach Occasional travel required External communication with members, bookkeepers, landlords, legal counsel, and vendors All documentation, contracts, and related materials must be treated according to McKesson Canada confidentiality requirements. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
