Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Equipment Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will possess solid mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, with experience in industrial maintenance and a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on plant machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Follow safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Requirements




- Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English for effective documentation and teamwork
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

This role is essential for maintaining the reliability of plant equipment while ensuring safety standards are upheld. Candidates should be committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 45.0 per week
