Mechanical, our company culture is the foundation of our success. To us,

competitive wages and comprehensive perks are the bare minimum. Alongside extended health, RRSP contributions, site lunches, and team-building activities.

We prioritize employee development through individualized training allowances, performance reviews & goal-setting, tool discounts, parking reimbursements, and much more. Training and Development doesn't end at your Red Seal. We founded our company with a goal to do construction differently.
