Carmana Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Technician (4th Class Power Engineer) to join our Langara Gardens property and ensure safe operation of boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will handle tenant work orders, coordinate with contractors, and maintain essential records. You’ll bring a 4th Class certification, strong communication, and hands-on maintenance experience. This role may involve weekend shifts and on-call duties in a busy residential workplace.
