The role

This full-time, permanent pre-construction sales role puts you in front of investor clients, using company-provided leads, with a fixed base salary plus incentives.

What you'll do

- Qualify leads from the company
- Match clients with suitable pre-construction projects
- Explain the investment case to local and international buyers
- Record every interaction and next step in the CRM

- Follow up consistently
- Organize and attend site visits




- Guide purchases through to closing

- Build lasting client relationships

What we're looking for
- Active RECO registration (required)
- Interest in pre-construction and investment real estate
- Organized, persistent and client-focused

- Comfortable with CRM tools
- Honesty, integrity and transparency in how you work

Compensation $40,000–$100,000/year, including a fixed base salary plus incentives.
