Principal

Architect, Data Data & Dynamics Utilizing your strong technical and management consulting skills, you will solve business challenges and drive business outcomes across the full lifecycle of end-to-end data platforms, including Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake. Partner closely with the Practice Director of Data Modernization to craftand curate a portfolio of highly differentiated practice solutions Lead the design and architecture of Data Platform Frameworks Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities Proactively cultivate a pipeline of potential deals, ensuring the delivery of territory revenue targets Lead and mentor a team of data solution architects, engineers,



and consultants Conduct adhoc code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Engage with other practices within the organization to develop and bring unique products and capabilities to market that complement Business Applications and Data Modernization’s services and technologies 10+ years of industry experience working as a subject matter expert, as a Solutions Architect for data platforms (data engineering and data architecture). 5+ years of experience delivering within the Agile/Scrum framework.
