- Manage supplier performance and communicate necessary changes
- Collaborate with teams on timely First Article deliveries
- Champion inventory accuracy through counts and metrics tracking Five years purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and AX12 ERP
- Experience with manufacturing Bill of Materials preferred
- Drive procurement excellence and supplier collaboration with Thermon as a Purchasing Agent.
