We're looking for a Procurement Lead who thrives on strategy, negotiation, continuous improvement, and building robust supplier relationships. If you're the type of person who can see around corners, loves finding efficiencies, and enjoys collaborating across teams to make things happen, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing As our Procurement Lead, you'll take ownership of our procurement function and help shape how materials, equipment, and services flow through the organization.

You'll be: Leading purchasing activities that support operations and project delivery

Developing smarter procurement processes and systems

Negotiating supplier agreements and commercial terms

Building strong, long-term supplier partnerships

Identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliability

Supporting inventory planning and long-lead procurement strategies

Tracking procurement performance and driving continuous improvement

Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Inventory, Production, and Project Management teams to solve challenges and create efficiencies

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing the big picture with the details that keep a business moving.





Who You Are You're a natural relationship builder who can negotiate confidently, influence effectively, and make data-driven decisions.

You likely bring

5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience

Experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, energy, or project-based environments A strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management

Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements

Confidence working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement data A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo

Bonus points if you have post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or an SCMP/CPSM designation.
