Your role is to understand each customer's unique needs, educate them on vehicle features and technology, and help them select the right vehicle and ownership solution. From initial inquiry to vehicle delivery,



you will create a seamless and exceptional customer experience while building long-term relationships that contribute to customer loyalty and dealership success. Following our comprehensive training program, you will gain the skills and confidence to leverage industry-leading technology, manage customer relationships, and become a knowledgeable ambassador for our brands.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and follow-up Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations Generate and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, text, and online channels Schedule and conduct customer appointments, vehicle presentations, and consultations Engage customers through test drives and video walkarounds Reach out to personal networks and dealership databases to generate sales opportunities Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pickup Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Utilize CRM and dealership technology systems to document and manage customer interactions Valid Class 5 Driver's License Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to learn new products, vehicle technology, and sales processes Passionate about helping customers make informed decisions A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships Excited about automotive products, innovation, and technology Professional, energetic, and customer-focused Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Crown Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
