This hybrid role combines office-based coordination and hands-on, boots-on-the-ground responsibilities with a focus on our Timber Program.

Provide day-to-day supervision of the Timber Hill crew Conduct quality checks Physical inventory counts to maintain accuracy Compile, validate,



and accurately enter production and decision-making data Offer insights to optimize planning and improve efficiencies Foster communication between production and sales teams Provide cross-functional backup coverage for the site manager They will be able to work independently while supporting a team environment and will bring previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn current digital tools and systems are essential.
