The Project

Administrator provides support to our Overhead Crane Division. This is a public facing position, highlighting WF’s professionalism and expertise to the industry. 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a similar industry ~ Excellent customer service skills, exhibiting a friendly and positive attitude to customers, vendors,



and co-workers ~ Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks ~ Computer proficiency with Microsoft, QuickBooks, Fishbowl and other programs as required Providing Support to Project Manager and Project Coordinator Reaching out to customer for scheduling upcoming work and coordinating internally Sorting and updating of project related information, including data entry and filing. Managing project databases and tracking systems Preparing and transmitting Project documentation submissions on different client portals Providing general administrative support to the office, greeting customers, and supporting the team Maintaining skilled customer relationships
