Bridge the Data: Leverage Workday Core Reporting (Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, EIBs) to seamlessly pipeline data into Adaptive models. Conduct interactive client sessions, assess underlying business needs, and recommend future-proof FP&A; architectures. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (implementations, AMS support, or internal client-side leadership).

Workday Reporting Mastery: Solid grasp of Workday custom reports and how core financial/HCM data feeds into Adaptive.

Proven Project Ownership: Comfortable running point on multiple concurrent client projects, phase X rollouts, and complex post-production initiatives without needing hand-holding.
