Negotiate and award subcontracts

Review plans, specifications, addenda, and other bid documents

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and various stakeholders

Develop project schedules and execution timelines

Manage and coordinate site personnel and project logistics

Monitor and control budgets and change notices

Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors, consultants, and clients

Conduct site visits to ensure proper project execution

Lead site meetings with various stakeholders

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes

Follow up on and correct deficiencies

Oversee the preparation of project close-out manuals with the administrative assistant

Requirements: Professional Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, or DEC in Construction Technology, or equivalent

5–7 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PlanGrid/Build (an asset)

Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, teamwork mindset, and problem-solving skills
