You have a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in office administration, business administration or another relevant field. You have two to five years of relevant experience in document management, data entry or administrative support. You believe collaboration is essential to a project’s success.

You are comfortable managing multiple files and priorities at the same time. That’s an asset. You communicate effectively in French, both verbally and in writing.



Billing and Payment Applications Project Planning and Coordination You will support project delivery by coordinating site preparation activities, including permit applications, site trailers, fencing, rentals, Info-Excavation services and other requirements related to the start of construction work.

Document

Management and Compliance You will maintain complete and well-structured project documentation to ensure compliance and document traceability throughout each project.

Project
