You will assess facilities, break down building systems, develop asset data, and present solutions for internal and external clients. Training covers BCA methodology, energy analysis, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct or coordinate facilities condition inspections
- Develop site-specific condition and asset management data
- Maintain quality assurance on existing data models
- Generate current, forecast, and scenario-based reports




- Advise on capital planning and energy efficiency improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, sustainability management, or architecture
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Experience in building science and construction practices
- Knowledge of ISO 55000, ASTM E2018-24, and ASHRAE Standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally
