We are looking for an experienced QA Test Manager / Test Lead – Payments with strong expertise in Payments Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering to lead QA activities for payment solutions.

? Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

✅ Payments Domain: Interac Compliance, Real-Time Rail (RTR), and Wires

✅ Test Automation: Hands-on experience in API and UI Automation , including writing and maintaining automation code

✅ QA Leadership: Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting

✅ Non-Functional Testing (NFR): Performance, Accessibility, Reliability,



and Security Testing

✅ Stakeholder Management: Solid communication and collaboration skills

✅ Agile Delivery: Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with modern Test Automation Frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Background in Banking or Financial Services
